    yea... I kinda realized that sendmail wasn't running at startup anymore... which was really weird... there really wasn't a reason for it not to be running at startup... I guess the cause was me moving some of the stuffs out of the /system/library/startupitems/ I don't use apache or nfs...

    Yes, this thing is pretty cool... and it does show just about anything... but when I open up some files, the first few lines don't show... anyone know how to solve this? The files aren't that big, so it's not like they don't fit...

    Changing the Host Name

    I thought all you had to do was 'append value' or something like that... then it shows, "deepblu, localhost" as the value I also added the machine name in the hostconfig file, too. I think you have to do that if you want to get sendmail working as well... How does the value look when...

    I get my emails with getmail (getmail.py, etc) and view them with pine, as most of the important emails are text only... but every now and then, I guet html mails that I need to look at, or one of hose junk mails that i actually want to look at... I'm wondering how to get mail.app to show...

    anyway... please forget the subject... I found this in http://www.macosxhints.com you can save .term files as mentioned above, then you can open the .term files using whatever editor you like. Do a search on "execution" (exec, will do, I guess). Put the path to whatever you want that...
