This problem is due to my ISP settings ... they give me an external router address like 192.168.100.1 .... so this was a ISP routing problem .... I've jst canged my lan settings to 172.28.84.xx/255.255.255.128 and ... now it works very well !!

NetBarrier the famous mac firewall solution has this funcition .... it can also send an email or create an HTML file .... Maybe over the internet you can find may other similar solution .... but at the moment i've no ideas .... I hope this help

why don't you try to use the mac os x built in ftp server .... then you can access your mac os x box via Windows Internet Explorer ...
