I just recieved the updates for QuickTime, iTunes 4.1 and iPod 2.1. I restarted my computer, and now, I'm trying to update my iPod. I open up the updater screen, and plug in my iPod, yet the "update" and "restore" buttons are still grayed. What can I do?

I was told that I should "rebuild my desktop". What exaclty is it, and how? And how do I change the universal font on my computer?

Oh - and when opening up the printer utility, it prints fine!! What's up with that??

My friend is having some major problems with her printer. I already installed the drivers and whatnot, but anytime I open up the Print Center to add a printer, it says "Print Center has unexpectedly quit." Any ideas??

I'm using Safari. And I wanted to try to play a Yahoo Game, but it requires a certain java application. Is there a way I can get one, or should I just use IE for that? -MLE

Well - that seems to be the problem. I don't eve see "installer" in my Apps/Util folder. Is there a way that I can get that back? Or am I screwed?
