I have created a new Admin account on my Mac for business and I still want full access to the HD and all my documents. However, the HD doesn't come up at login, only external drives. What have I done wrong and how do I fix this?

OK. It turns out the real Apps folder is the one containing the redundant apps. I have now cleaned it up, added the new apps from the shadow directory (I still don't know what that's for) and corrected the link in the sidebar. Thanks!

I want to remove (delete) a track from my iPhone's music player. However there seems to be no way to do it directly from the phone. After I connect the phone to my Mac and delete the track from iTunes, it uploads the track again from my phone when I re-sync. I cannot get rid of it!

Although I have icon preview checked on my desktop view options, none of my desktop shortcuts display a preview, only a generic application icon. I am using Lion but I'm not sure when I noticed this issue... It may have been when I was still using Snow Leopard. Can anyone explain?

I've tried unchecking it and syncing again, but that didn't work. Currently it is checked for both contacts and mail accounts.
