For some reason (which I hope someone knows why) my computer started to not stay sleeping. I would go to the apple menu, select sleep, the screen goes dark but then a few seconds later the screen comes back on. I haven't changed any preferences so not sure why it's doing this. When using...

I did have the same problem happen once today, the coloured circle spinning and froze the browser. This is with Firefox version 3.

10.4.11 That is where I found it, the file called bookmarks.html. Also found where to import under bookmarks/organize bookmarks. Though that file wasn't current, I don't know why that file wouldn't be for that day vs I think it was what I had 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I don't know why but now it decided to work again, the screen non the Nano is back to normal and working fine. As well as it still showing up back on the desktop and in iTunes. Thanks for everyone's help.

Firefox was working fine on my old computer and after I changed to my new one (G4 Tower) running the same OS and I am pretty sure the same version of Firefox. But now in the middle of doing anything, doing nothing, typing, even just looking up something in a tab, finding a bookmark and so on...

I actually have a little 4 plug hub, for some reason I didn't think I could plug he keyboard or mouse into it. Can I plug the ipod into it too?

Strange update. I plugged in the headphones just to see what would happen. It still plays but I can't see anything on the screen.

No they arn't in the library, only show on the ipod itself. In the library are different songs that I didn't want on the ipod. Anyway they are still showing up but the ipod itself isn't working anymore. Before it was the ipod was working and the computer wasn't picking it up. Now the computer...

I reset it, held down menu and middle button. It showed back up on the desktop and in iTunes, all songs are showing up in iTunes as well. Though on the ipod itself it's still white.

I checked the nano itself today and now the screen is white and won't change. Scared it won't turn back on or if it does I will loose all the songs.

I didn't keep them in the Library or on the HD because it was smaller and I was running out of room

New computer, and aren't in my iTunes Library I was deleting them anyway because my last computer's hard drive wasn't large enough. So are only on my nano.

I only store the music on the nano, so don't want to loose the songs. Any other idea on how to get it to show back on the desktop? Thanks

Sometimes I click on a icon to use a program and the icon just bounces, doesn't open. I have to restart to get it to work again. Anyone know why?

Opps! If I restore it will I loose all my songs? To eject my nano i click the eject pic/button first then unplug every time.
