ive been waitin all summer for new powerbooks. and with all the new rumours these past few days... it makes me more excited. but everyday i check the apple site and theres no powerbook update, i get really disappointed. i hate those rumour sites :P

im movin to sweden in 3-4 days. i hope they have G5s available at apple stores. i wanna take a close look at that beast :)

ive got a power mac g4 933mghz (soon to be replaced by a powerbook and later on a G5 .. (i hope)) anyways,. when dealing with simple tasks its very fast. it takes hours though to convert a VIDEO_TS to a SVCD ... but who cares ? at the same time ill be browsin on the net, recording a DVD or...

im leavin on vacation 2morrow and unfortunately i dont have time to read all of this thread. its a shame because as i skimmed through the pages it seems there are very interestin opinions:) from my point of view: piratin does hurt every1. more piratin --> less profit for future developement...

considering that u even bought 4 gb of ram....just think bout it. it would be such a waste of money. just put 2 GB of ram on the freakin beast and get a new iPOD or somethin ... (and stop complainin ol the time:))

nowadays its easier to buy pirated software for the pc (+ xbox/ps2) than going to the supermarket :)

the cheaper a product is, the lower its quality. lower quality implyin more problems and maybe incompatibilities of the system as a whole . this does not represnt apple, which is why they havent entered the ultra low segment :)
