    oh please oh please... does that work on Mail accounts that were associated with that user? erit: it DID work. In the user folder, in Deleted users folder, there it was in a dmg file... all the emails and desktop and stuff

    Both G4 and G5 are running 10.3.9. Both are set to Make Appletalk Active and Automatically. And, sorry, I'm drawing a blank on what SMB is...I should know this!

    That didn't seem to help, although I have a new version of Stuffit now! I'm having the client resend the font. They .zip'd it instead of .sit it. Maybe that has something to do with it.

    I know it must be simple, but how can I give back a font file its' resource fork on OSX? What I mean is, I unstuff a file on OSX 10.3.9 and the font files show up with the generic black icon.
