I am going to scan a bunch of 35mm slides and then will upload to my hd; then I will put them in iphoto app. Can I title each pic. and then when I burn them to a cd, will the title show up below each pic? over time it is somewhat hard to remember what each pic. depicts ! Thanks very much...

cd could be bad-try another one; or a different brand. also-go into menu bar preferences and see if you have "show cd/dvds" box cked. Hope I have helped Dickster-------------

KSMAK Try this>go into your hd.>usrs>Library>photos-my photos and see if iphoto library is there. if so, make an alias of it and drag to your desktop or just drag the original to the desktop-it should reload iphoto. Dble click on icon once it's on desktop. Dickster------------------

Have you tried "Secure Delete" trash can ? It usually will empty trash on anything. give it a try. Dickster------------

which trash can did you put them in? iphoto's or the apple trash can on your desk top ? You should be able to just click and drag them back to the folder they were in. Dickster----------

After reinstall of snow leopard and update to 10.6.2 cd's now appear on desktop and function correctly. Dickster-----------

Satcomer--I had to go into time machine and there I found a "Itunes library folder"; I selected it and clicked restore; It took a couple of seconds and then it restored everything into the new Itunes. Yes I did have another backup which I found a little later. Time machine is great!!!! Thanks...

Satcomer---I ended up doing a reinstall of s.l. My games now play. Before I had ran techtool deluxe and it said my VRAM was damaged. Disc Warrior gave no indications of any damage though. Don't know what occurred. Am going to ck on what VRAM is though. thanks Dickster------------

Have you tried: go to hd-usrs>preferences>trash the iphoto.com.plist? reopen iphoto and see if that fixed problem. Dickster-----------
