If not allowed, please delete! Anyone know what's going on there? The last updates they posted are from August 22; a week ago. Many years ago they were an essential site, nowadays, somewhat convenient, as Apple's App Store has taken most of the updates. In any case, they are still relevant.

As Apple actually repaired it, I'm sure they went over the entire unit. The cheapest on eBay is $850, with most in the $900's...

Update: My son & daughter-in-law subscribe to an insurance plan for all electronics they own. He offered to submit my bad screen 2021 16" MBP M1 to get fixed. They charged for the new screen. Repaired, but wouldn't "play nice" with a Mac, so they have now sent it to Apple to replace screen...

I'll assume Android does not have Airdrop. You likely need to either text or email them to yourself. I know nothing about Android--perhaps there is a direct way to do all at once.

You'll find, if you click 'Software' tab, Maximum OS. That will tell you what you can update to or not.

I just checked my wife's 2021 16" M1 MBP. No Stage Manager in Control Center either, BUT her MBP does not have the same anomaly! Same settings in System Settings! Going to reinstall OS.

Nope--tried that. Not in menu bar or Control Center.

Well, now we have a dilemma. As you see in #12 above, Stage Manager is not in Control Center. The attachemnt below says it is always in Control Center. Hummm I opened that app in #13 above. all it does is give me option to turn Stage Manager on or Not Now. Turning on does not work! I think...

I did a search on EasyFind (great app) for Stage Manager, and it found an app called StageManagerOnboarding in /System/Library/CoreServices. As I never plan on using Stage Manager, what do y'all think of deleting it? If, of course, Apple, in all it's wisdom, will let me.
