OK, here's what I'd love to see in iTunes 5: The Visualizer Thing - To be able to see the visualizer in fullscreen on a second monitor (multi-monitor support).

The 1G iPod doesn't even have a color display, as far as I know. And even the new revision of the iPod, now with color screens, don't have video play capability. So, I think, that it's even less possible on the 1G iPod do play videos.
