Well i got one of the First versions of the G5 powerPC, the version i have is 10.3.5. Will that still work? I dont want to go back to 10.3.5 and then have to install Panther again. Will the Archive&Install just take 1 step back, Going from 10.4.8 to 10.4.7?

Yes it does, but what happend was this beta was released before 10.4.8, and blizzard included in one of there patches so the BC beta would run on 10.4.8, but they forgot to fix the initial patch so when i go to start up the program it doesnt work. Also did you mean the OS X Panther disc?
