    Select specific tab in safari...

Wow, jitouch looks very useful! Thanks for the link :) edit: Wow! jitouch is incredible! I, until very recently (;)), used multiclutch, but unfortunately it wouldn't work with certain commands I set up with safari because multiclutch can't work with 64bit apps. Thank you for showing me the...

    Select specific tab in safari...

I've decided to move from firefox to safari after discovering glims. One thing that I often find myself doing (to no avail) is holding the command key and pressing a number to jump to a specific tab (tabs from left to right correspond to numbers on the keyboard). Is this feature available...

mute internal speakers if headphones come out?

I can't recall what I need to accomplish this, but I'd like to be able to mute my internal speakers in the event that my headphones come out on accident (my headphones won't securely fasten into the mac, thus have the tendency to fall out). Thanks for any help.

    Maintaining iPhone Bettery Life

I just bought the iPhone3g and I do not want the battery on this thing ending up like my laptop. I read up on how to maintain good battery life and found a few websites. They mention something about how it's not good to use the iphone from life to death over and over because you're only suppose...

Well, everything seems to be fine, except my computer died again(just now), but it died when the battery still had 18% of it's life left. ragkgkhagkhrakhggghhhh this is annoying.

macbook hard drive clicking = hard drive failure?

When I put my ear on the H button, I can hear a very quiet clicking, kind of like a kittens purr. I'm beginning to wonder whether or not this is a false alarm.

macbook hard drive clicking = hard drive failure?

Could someone describe the what these clicking sounds are suppose to sound like? My brother (who's a computer wiz) put his ear to my computer and said that my clicks are different from the clicks of failing hard drives he's dealt with, but all his clients use windows machines.

macbook hard drive clicking = hard drive failure?

Ouch. I've already backed up what I wanted, I guess It's just time to play the waiting game. I'm pretty sure all those times I let my macbook die without putting it on the charger is behind all this. i mean, the clicking started after I rebooted from my computer dying for the millionth time...

macbook hard drive clicking = hard drive failure?

My macbooks hard drive started clicking recently, and I googled it and found a forum where someone was discussing this problem, and someone told him to back up all his stuff. I'm assuming the worse, my question is: how long do I have?

Changing finder colors for all view settings?

Oh, I'm already very familiar with shapeshifter. Let me elaborate about what I was talking about. I would like to have that blue color no matter what view setting I am in. Is this possible? Is there a program that will do this for me?
