leave quick look running in background?

i know I can play an mp3 columns view mode and minimize the finder without the process stopping, but when I minimize in quick look while listening to a song it stops.

Anyway to keep quick look running in the background?

Sadly, not. You'd need to open them in iTunes or Quicktime.
