Thanx, i understand...but i had perian installed as well!

Just found out myself...thanx for the reply. i had to download a plugin for quicktime (Xvid_Codec 1.0)...everything is working fine as far as i can see. very strange, but it does. i thought that the player just doesn't play if a plugin is missing but finder and QT have been crashed all the time...

same problem here...no answers yet. please help!!!
