When I plug my phone in to update to 2.0, and it is backing up, it stops and says that error (-5000) occurred and i cant back up. If i continue, everything on my phone would be lost. What should I do?

Thank you for the scripts. But the record video one only opens a new quicktime movie. It doesn't automatically start recording. How do I do that. Second, how do I see the commands in that script. I cant open your script in Script Editor. Thank you
