ok, problem cleared up, evidently all it took was for someone else to start a text conversation for the problem to resolve, or something like that anyway, this problem is CLEARED

In revisitation of what I wrote, I take back what I said about not being able to do all communications, I seem to be able to start a video chat, and i can join a text chat only if another person invites me... and the installation crashes remain unresolved..
