no installer app in the utilities folder

I got as far as opening the .pkg , in the open with menu there is no installer.. ? Thank you

I removed it and restarted it and its still doing the same thing. Flash uninstaller opens fine but I can't install.

Everytime I try to download Adobe Flash the package opens in Iphoto, and no other application will open it. The package shows up in my internet plug ins but adobe flash still doesnt work. Macbook 10.4.11 Any help is greatly appreciated
