so if it is a board within the monitor then I assume this could only be fixed at the Apple store? I'm curious what it might cost vs. buying a replacement?

I just hooked up a different display & it works. So it is likely either my cables or the monitor (?). Suggestions? Where to buy xtra cables?

So I replaced the 90W power supply as suggested (took a while to get one) and I still have the same problem. I get a star-up chime but the monitor is dead, just a blinking light in the bottom right of the monitor. Suggestions? Thx! Bob

Don't have another monitor handy. The light on the display is blinking two flashes, pause, then one flash (like dot-dot-dash-dot in Morse code). If that is what you are describing, then hopefully it's just the power brick. Thanks for the advice on getting the correct one for the display...
