Hello, Under the Panther windows compatability guide on the apple website, it says that OSX 10.3 can now mount an NTFS volume as read-only. Does anybody know if there's a hard-drive size limit for an NTFS mountable partition, like FAT32 (in other words, I can't mount a 250GB FAT32 drive, OSX...

I would also like to add that I just tried the same maneuvers that are hanging the OSX finder in Gnome (under X11), adn there were absolutely no problems. Food for thought.

Is there a way to keep long file sequences (like a lot of targa's or Tif's) to not hang the finder with the spinning beach ball whenever you try to move them around or trash them? OS9 never did this (altough it wasn't instantaneous response, it was nothing like having to wait a minute or two...
