thanks for replying so quickly. I tried that but its not an osx .pkg is an application that uses installer vise or something like that. But I think my problem is the file kind I want it to be is Application because the Installer is a OSX application

I zip archived a application installer at work today and brought it home. When I unzip it the file kind has changed to Unix executable file so I cannot run it in panther because it keeps wanting to open the installer with an application. So I need to know how to change the file 'kind' from...
