hmmm... if you're referrring to the yellow/blue strip in the menubar, that's ppp monitor, which monitors your modem or ethernet port and shows incoming and outgoing data ... :) got that from versiontracker ... : )

from an icon is best ... :) you can get fresh icons here or here ...

this is nonsense. :) i've got a haxie installed that lets you select your default browser directly as omniweb (unfortunately forgotten the name of it, but i'm sure you'll find it on versiontracker...), and i can reinstall omniweb as often as i like, sysprefs still defines omniweb as default...

may i point out that i for one couldn't care less about whether people swear or not ... honestly i would prefer threads full of profanity to censorship, but then, as i think of most people on this forum as pretty mature, no matter what their age, i doubt there would be much profanity even it...

... well, if you're going to burn it with toast, you might as well make the disk image with toast: stick your cd in, open toast and click 'copy'... much simpler than using disk copy ... if you want to use disk copy, open disk copy and go to 'image/new image from device' (in the top menu bar)...
