    I can't get rid of the dock animation. I have unchecked the "Animate openings application" and I still get the genie affect. Is this a bug or am I not unchecking the right preferences?

    Uninstalling files in X

    Does anyone know how to uninstall an application if I decide I don't want it any more? Windoze has an uninstall feautre, Classic mac you could trash the app's folder, prefs and extentions -- but on Mac OS X? What do I do?

    partition size suggestions

    Is there a rule of thumb on how large a partition should be? I've decided to have two partitions - one for classic and the other for X, but I'm not sure how large these disk spaces should be (I have a 20GB drive on a Pismo Powerbook) Any suggestions?
