i'm a heavy linux user, and one of my favorite things about it is the ability to have mulitple desktops- no more 9 windows opened on 1 desktop. (i hate clutter.)
i was pretty excited to start running mac os x, but i'm on the verge of giving up on it...
i have a pismo powerbook, that i use w/ airport, so i looked into this a little. it appears that os x will support airport. it's just not in the beta. don't quite me on that, though. (;
so, has anyone tried installing/writing/running any perl on osX yet? i haven't had a chance to see if apple installed any kind of perl, or if i can install it myself yet, but i'm interested to hear if anyone has tried yet.
