I can't think of a reason or solution, but must admit that I got annoyed with using MSN a while back. Now I use Adium which is a great, free program that can run MSN, AIM, Yahoo, Jabber, etc all in one application. I highly recommend it.

The USB iMic seems to be what I was hoping for, yet it seems to cost more than the headset. It may work out cheaper to just buy a USB headset, especially if I can sell the Labtec headset on eBay. Thanks for the help, both of you. - CBG
