    Hi, I had this error once too. My solution was to boot into OS9, used the OHCI firewirecard under OS9. Than restart into OSX again and from that moment on my noname, but OHCI compatible firewirecard was also working under OSX. Wired, but it works, at least for me. Cheers beefpile

    Yes, it must be the MMC thing. I also use 10.1.2. But I thought that my burner isn't too old. That's bad. So I still need OS9 on my machine, for CD burning and my music software. beefpile

    Hi, that only half true. VPC only recognise the voodoo1 card. Every othe 3D card isn't supported. But I don't know if the voodoo1 is still supported in VPC4. beefpile

    Hi, does anyone know how ti read and write Vietnamese in OSX. I don't mean unicode. On Windows and Mac (up to OS9) you can use it via an extention with special fonts. This doesn't work on OSX. I recieve a lot letters in Vietnamese and it isn't nice it switch back to OS9 just for reading...
