    Upload to iDisk won't "Close"

    I have tried at various times and waited for over half an hour for an 8 meg mp3, I think somethings up. I can upload a picture no problem. How should I abort the closing process when the 'stop' button doesn't work? any more ideas much app J

    Trying to get my first piece of music into the folder - it seems to upload the file until it gets to "Closing", where it hangs forever until I have to Force Quit, (which is another problem). any ideas? J

    Great - yes the Apple info on AOL is more accurate than the AOL info on the Mac, as I suppose you would expect. I got it running using Matt's suggestions and then ran the AOL service asst for address book etc, thanks also MiserMe, for the very good advice re not thinking, you'll be glad to know...

    Solved the first problem but... I still can't send on Mail using AOL - the failed delivery message is now: "The SMTP server “smtp.uk.aol.com” doesn’t support authentication. Please check your account settings and try again." So I change my Authentication setting to 'None' and I get...
