Hi! Working with smart home solutions and networks. Most of the time someone chosed to use DHCP. Does anyone know how to find out the IP-address of a server that pops up in the sidebar? Show info does not display that kind of info. Are there any network commands for this?

Hi! I´ve got a problem, just installed Tiger on a machine, then imported all the prefs and users thru FireWire. Everting works fine, except that all text in Mail and Safari is in arabic or chinese.......like the attatched image. Can any body tell me how i can solve this. PLEASE!????

Hi, came this morning and started up Terminal. The window was 20x20 pixels and not rezieable. Non of prefs helps. Tryed Terminal in other accounts and it works just fine. What can I do?

We got a server running OSX 10.3 (Not server) and I "want" to share a folder on our external RAID to our PC´s. But I can´t figur out how to change the root to that folder. The Built-in smb "on/off" does only share the home catalouge. Is this even possible to change?
