Sorry, tried that and no success!!

Have just bought DVD Studio Pro 4 (and upgraded to 4.02) and running on OSX 10.4.3. Having huge problems with the interface and whole programme seems bugged - if i import assets they seem to get jammed up , the interface doesn't allow me to change configurations and i can't open...
