It's the same on the Mac (if you bought a 2-button mouse);
Right-Click & Save File or Download Target if it's a link to a file.
If you are using the one-button Apple Mouse, then hold the Control key & click for the same menu.
But if you're a Windows user & Apple's one-button mouse...
