How do I save media files?

I was wondering how to save media files to my mac. eg. with windows you right click and save target but what do you do with mac. i would like to save some funny videos to my computer from websires and dont know how to do it,

It's the same on the Mac (if you bought a 2-button mouse);

Right-Click & Save File or Download Target if it's a link to a file.

If you are using the one-button Apple Mouse, then hold the Control key & click for the same menu.

But if you're a Windows user & Apple's one-button mouse is a pain, you can use any ol' USB mouse (it doesn't need Mac Drivers, OS X will recognize it).
 
Are there any free downloads for quicktime7 or do i have to buy it and also qwhen i go to play a windows media file it only plays half of the videos clip and how do i save a windows clip to my hard drive.
 
If you want to save media files directly from QuickTime Player, you have to purchase a QuickTime Pro license. Open the Quicktime Player, and choose Registration from the QuickTime Player menu, and that will explain how to register....
