    If your mac has Sound Studio just drop the audio file into it - and edit. Sound Studio was being delivered in the OSX software package - and it is available as shareware. It's only one of many options.

    I've checked on another G5 in the house and the i in a circle is faint there too, but works. I'm re-indexing right now, but there's a couple of hours to go yet. So I'll check again later. Brian

    Spotlight info not working

    The italic i in a circle logo on the right of the found item line, when "show all" has been activitated, is not active. It is faint, and will not show where the found file is located. Spotlight is finding files OK. I'm running 10.4.3 on G5 1.8 GHz. Any suggestions? Brian
