It has lost its resource fork. Unfortunatelly it will not open in the program. It is a scientific analysis software and these are image files of unknown flavor. We have been trying to use ResEdit, copy the resource fork from a good file and paste it into the bad one, but that has not went so...

I have a file that was generated in a Mac program, but stored on Windows server. The file was then be backed up or just copied with any windows system. The copy is then not usable on a MAC. Any suggestions? Please help if anyone knows how to make the copies usable on a MAC again.
