can i download bios drivers for my ibook anywhere?

the file is on an external drive and it will archive it but it will not let me move it to the internal drive

it is now telling me that i can't copy the files to the hard drive because the name of the file is to long for the hard drive but i changed the name to 1 and it still said that

i am trying to copy something tho my harddrive and keep getting an I/O error message anyone know what this means? thanks
