I changed the monitor for another brandnew Philips 200W6CS, I did upgrade the OS on the macmini to 10.4.5. But the problem still exists !

I bought a new monitor (Philips 200W6CS) with 1680*1050 pixels , to replace a Belinea with 1200*1000 pix. When connected to the mac mini it gives a very clear picture but for only 5 minutes, ending in sleep-mode, or "no signal". The same DVI-cable then still gives signal to other DVI-monitor...
