sorry, i should have added, I'm using a macbook, OS 10.5.8

When I open a finder window one of my options is to list files by "date modfied" but when I search ("find files") i lose the "date modified" option and instead only have "last opened" as option. Is there a way to get the files listed in searching to appear with a "date modified" column?

Every time I try to connect to VPN I have to re-enter my password. Is there not a configuration setting that remembers the password?

thanks for that. I wasn't clear, the airport is NOT working on the iMac! What I meant to say is that I know the airport express works, because i have internet connection on the macbook, but there is no AirPort hardware found on the iMac, which is the machine with the re-installed OS.
