Good morning

I was looking if application that can create more users that remote [lan or wan] connect to the computer and can use multiple applications at the same time

For example a person using Photoshop

Another one using OpenOffice

Another one doing Mail

If you Remote desktop or VNC to a computer, only one user will be able to use the Mac (or PC) at a time. So the closest you can do is install Fusion or Parallels, and run multiple virtual machines in bridge mode with VNC enabled, so one user can connect to Mac and do something, other users can connect to e.g. XP or Ubuntu and run Photoshop or GIMP there and so on.
