"-1" added to my sharepoint name!

...and it has broken thousands of links in my InDesign files.

I think adding the volume to my FTP shares did it, as it happened at roughly the same time as far as I can remember. I have since removed the FTP share and renamed the volume and rebooted, all to no avail. Client machine and server are both running 10.6.5.

GRAPHICS01-01 should actually be GRAPHICS01.

How can I make it go back to its old name?

Remove the old GRAPHICS01 sharepoint.
-1 gets added to files and locations when there are multiples with the same name, e.g. file.txt, file-1.txt, file-2.txt etc.
