HELP!! I just updated my wife's B&W G3 (upgraded to a NewerTech G4/450) from 10.1.4 to 10.1.5 but it doesn't boot up any more. When I start it up I get the happy Mac. Then it goes through all the Disk Checks, network settings, AppleTalk, etc. That disappears and goes to the normal solid blue screen but that's as far as it goes. No desktop appears. This is scarry.
Besides the computer being upgraded to a G4 it also has an Adaptec 2906 SCSI card and 2nd monitor attached to a Radeon 7000. I disconnected the 2nd monitor and all SCSI devices and it still doesn't work. What should I do to get this up and running?
