10.1 Forgetting View Options

10.1 has begun to forget view options for my folders. I like to have all of my files arranged by name. Each time I start 10.1 I have to set my folders back to arrange by name.

Is anyone else having problems with this? Do you know how to fix it? This is really annoying since each time I double click on my HD icon I have a jumbled up mess of folders.

I'm seeing this too... The toolbar keeps insisting on appearing, making every subsequent folder open in the same window. PITFA.. :mad:

Mostly, I just swear at it, but that doesn't seem to be an effective fix for the problem..
