Has anyone attempted to install 10.1 (particularly the full release) on pre-G3 (or G3 upgraded) unsupported Macs (7300-9600), presumedly with Unsupported UtilityX?
I've attempted installs of downloaded 10.0 and 10.1 (Thanks, MacAvenger!), but haven't had any luck. I've been holding off buying a copy of 10.0 or 10.1 until I was sure that ONE of them would work on my unmodified 7300, but I don't want to be stuck with a $129 wasted investment.
I seem to recall a post from Strobe indicating that he'd been able to get both 10.0 and 5G64 installed on a 7300/120, but has anyone else had any experience here?
