Prior to installing 10.2.2, Mozilla 1.2b would typically consume about 9% of CPU when in the background and doing nothing. (Other apps were running at the same time, but they were also idle and in the background.) Most other apps consumed less that 2% while idle/backgrounded.
After installing 10.2.2, Mozilla 1.2b's idle/backgrounded CPU usage is down to around 2%.
