10.2.3 G4 iMac keeps waking up for no reason

My iMac G4 keeps waking up when i have put it to sleep. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it; sometimes it's every 10 minutes, sometimes every few hours. I have OS 10.2.3 and have fiddled with every system preference to no avail. What should I do?

Is it on a network, 24hr internet connection?
Could be a program is trying to connect to check for updates, and you're set to wake for network connections.

Have you tried updating to 10.2.8 to see if that helps?
