10.2: iMac Geometry resetting to default

My girlfriend has a Rev B iMac and just installed 10.2. After each restart, the screen resets to the default settings which squishes the screen about 1/2" on all sides!

She had this problem with 10.0, but it was fixed in 10.1. Now it's back! I've seen other people have this problem too, but I haven't seen any solutions.

Any suggestions?
