10.2 - What does it Lack?

A friend of mine wants to know: What does 10.2 lack that needs to be added in 10.2.1?

I don't have Jaguar...... sob, I'd quite like to know this stuff too, so I'm just curious to know, I'm gonna wait 2 days before I return to see how this post goes and what people have said....

Umm, as far as I know, 10.2 (Codename Jaguar) is not out yet and won't be until August / September 2002. Currently we are at 10.1.5.

The real question is: What does 10.2 still lack that should be in 10.2 when it is released late this Summer? Probably a lot. You can download an early release and take your chances that you'll be able to upgrade to the final version when that comes along. IMHO, 10.2 will be another big jump. But, someone can always find something missing. be patient, wait til 10.2 is released, and decide for yourself. No really knows at this point except Apple, and they don't share much!!
