BTW, it says its improved FileVault, anyone clarify this, does it fix the major FV problem (I haven't upgraded to 10.3.1 yet)?

Eric - a lot of people were complaining that connecting to other machines and servers was a problem after updating to Panther. It didn't work too well for me, and that hasn't changed. I can connect with no problems to my other machines, Macs and one XP machine, but using the Connect to Servers under the Go Menu, but not using the Network Icon in the Finder window.

I don't seem to have any probs with the network (crosses fingers)... so far. The Finder network icon is a good feature but do you know how to save login preferences like in 10.2 so I don't have to re-enter user and password info everytime I connect?
