I know, I know ... 10.3 is fairly new but I saw this article regarding a wish list for 10.4. I just wanted to know if agree, disagree or would like to add more to the list.

On one note, i think if apple comes out with a new major OS version in a year, it should be free. Maybe a paid upgrade after 2 years would be fair ... JMHO
