12" Screen Feels Loose

...InSaNe...
I use my powerbook 12" everyday, I use it more than my PC to an extent the only reason why i use my PC is cause i have all MP3's and CDs on it. But lately it feels like the screen is coming loose is their anyway to fix it? or am i just imagining it?

I don't know, we don't have access to your PowerBook to see if it's loose or not -- you're going to have to tell us whether it's loose or not.

If it is loose, then you've got plenty of options if it's still under warranty (you did purchase AppleCare, right?). If it's not under warranty, well, you're going to have to be a lot more specific if you want us to diagnose anything -- are the hinges loose? Or does the screen twist side-to-side? Does it close or fall open under its own weight? Is it just a matter of the LCD not caring who it's intimate with?

It feels like the hinges are loose, i dunno it might just be my imagination this is my first laptop/first mac it feels fine at somepoints and sometimes it feels loose.

Hmm... well, does the screen stay put, or does it fall a little sometimes under its own weight? Also, do you use it in varying temperatures? Are the hinges any looser when it's warmer or colder than usual?

sometimes it moves, but 8 out of 10 times it will stay still, it's probably just my imagination though just being paranoid
