2 PC's, 1 Mac and a BaseStation. Help!

Barking at the moon.
Setting: We've moved into a new house which isn't wired for broadband. There are 3 seperate bedrooms where the 3 computers will be. One bedroom already has the cable modem in it hooked to a computer.

Problem: We've looked into running the ethernet cables ourselves .. unfortunately non of us are related to Bob Vila and won't be able to run the cables ourselves unless it looks like sh@t. Hiring an electrician to wire us will be $200-$300. 'nuff said plus cost of a $70 router to split the connection.

Solution? I already have an Airport card and basestation for my Mac. What I'm wondering is, would it be pheasable to install wireless network cards into the other two PCs and have them connect through my basestation?

I have looked for wireless PC cards, but they all seem to be for laptops.

Does anyone know if this would work? Thank you so much for any guidance!

A friend of mine runs PCs off an Airport basestation. It's basically the same as any other I believe. Same protocol. All the wireless PCI adapters I have seen seem to be PCMCIA cards that fit into a PCI card. I am a big fan of SMC. Check out their site. They have wireless PCI cards.
