Will Apple release a 20" iMac on Tuesday or will they wait until the Mac Expo London on Thursday?? I hope its in London on Thursday coz I will be there


Still Waiting for my Duel G5.......Been waiting since July.......I'm getting a little bored now!!!!
 
I think the iMac is gonna be 17" for a while, in my opinion.

I would be very surprised and pleased if they released 20" iMacs anytime soon!
 
Yes I do agree with you. I got the info from ThinkSecret.com. I know there not very reliable. but it would be nice!!
 
20" is too much for the iMac. I would much rather see a 30" LCD released, along with a pushdown in price for all of the other LCD's.

Other rumors of day: ThinkSecret provides more confirmation and pricing changes in the PowerMac line to make room for the Dual 1.8 GHz. According to the site, the current 1.6GHz and 1.8GHz models will drop $200 (to $1799) and $300 (to $2099) respectively, while the new Dual 1.8GHz G5 will take its place at $2499. The Dual 2.0GHz is rumored to stay at it's current price point ($2999). Well, rumors. We'll see.
 
I think a 20" iMac is a little over kill. How would that look on the little dome shaped computer, kind of wired in my opinion. To big for it. I would like to see something like the cube again, priced well, so you can choose between iMac or Cube with a similar sized screen and for just slightly more money for the cube.

Maybe there will be a new, completely redesigned 20" iMac... I agree, but I think if apple put a real wide screen on to of the little iMac base it would need to be anchored to the table... I sure can't imagine a 20" Cinema Display sized LCD on an iMac. But it sure would be cool!

What are you guys talking about? ThinkSecret is the most reliable mac rumor source out there...! They are never wrong, and Apple legal is always on their arse. It doest suprise me that thinksecret is right....once again...
 
ThinkSecret has been off in their predictions, but in the past year or two, they haven't been outright wrong. If they say a 20" iMac is coming, I tend to believe that a 20" iMac is coming.

This time, they had the information down exactly. (What information they had)
 
Thinksecret has had too many wrong predictions of the apple stuff and releases. How about the new iPods next tueday that was going on for at least 4 months?

Anyway, the 20" iMacs are out there. And it got the thread after it's release, http://www.macosx.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38728 .. so how about we going there? It is tuesday, and the other thread is more fresh. (No, I'm not _that_ excited, I want new G5s or at least big price drops on them and on monitors). :)
