3+ Systems on one hardrive ? and G4 Image ?

So ... I have

3+ Osx Images can I put them on external hardrive with separate partitions...
and boot with option key ? and pick system that i wan't to load ?

Any easy way to manage it ?

maybe something like LILO, GRUB ?

i know it should work on G5 ...

What about doing images for G4 anyone have some experience ?
 
OSX usually defaults to the latest file system.
At work we have Tiger and Jaguar installed.
We have an office full of G4's...
Jaguar being incase something happens to Tiger.

Occasionally, you'll end up in Jaguar... You can just go Apple Menu > System Utilities > Startup Disk > (choose your startup item) > Restart. (Or... Listen to EDCC)
